Background

Le Pressoir is one of the 6 buildings of the farm and sits between the 17th century Manor and the 18th century stables.

It used to be the building where apples were stored then milled, where cider was produced and kept fresh and handy in giant barrels. The wheel stopped in the 50s, the apple trees grew old... Horses had left the stables...

500 apple trees have been replanted, horses are back, we might see the mill crushing again one of these days...
